Sources and method

How this reference was compiled, what it draws on, and how to check any statement in it.

How this was made

  • Primary sources first. Every procedure comes from the manufacturer’s six instruction leaflets. Every rule of dosing comes from Jiří Čehovský’s own articles on autopathy.com, cited where it is used, with the year, because the method has changed a great deal over time.
  • The full archive was read. The autopathy.com site was retrieved in full on 1 November 2026: 397 items, including 159 case reports and 121 articles dated 2005 to 2026, about 265,000 words.
  • Nothing is copied wholesale. autopathy.com’s terms reserve its texts to Alternativa s.r.o. This reference summarises in its own words and quotes briefly, with a link to the source of each quotation.
  • No guessing. Where a fact could not be confirmed (for example the first-edition year of a book), the page says so or leaves it out.
  • The case library indexes every published case. Conditions, preparations and volumes were tagged by keyword rules and then reviewed by hand; tags can still be imperfect. Each entry links to the original report.
