Preparing it
Preparation from boiled saliva
Saliva is boiled in the vortex chamber for 30 seconds before the water is poured through. Introduced in 2010 as the founder’s answer to cases that had stalled.
Before you start
- The preparation must be made by an adult.
- Best: the evening before, clean and rinse your mouth; in the morning, as the very first thing, spit into the funnel.
- Later in the day: clean your mouth with a toothbrush and no toothpaste and rinse well with water at least one hour beforehand; then nothing in the mouth until you prepare. No cosmetics on the lips.
- Nobody else in the room. If preparing for someone else, wear a mask from the moment you collect the saliva.
- You need: the bottle; at least 1 litre of still spring water with ordinary mineral content, or distilled water; a handheld gas torch, gas stove or camping stove; a folded napkin.
Steps
- Hold the bottle by its upper part, tilted at about 45°, so both tubes rise from the round chamber in a V.
- Spit a small amount of saliva into the funnel and rinse it down with a little water, no more than needed to fill the vortex chamber.
- Heat the chamber by touching the flame to the round part until the liquid boils. Keep it boiling another 30 seconds. Hold the bottle in a folded napkin; it gets hot. Never point either tube at yourself or anyone else: hot water can spurt out.
- Wait about another half minute.
- Place the bottle on the edge of the sink or bottom of the basin, outlet tube towards the drain (or hold it there).
- Gradually pour the full volume of water into the funnel from about 5 cm, without touching the funnel. Keep water standing in the funnel most of the time. Overflowing is not a problem.
- Immediately, pour a few drops from the bulb through the lower tube onto the centre of the forehead and spread them down to the bridge of the nose and above the eyebrows with a light touch of the tube. Let the skin dry.
- Return the bottle to its plastic sleeve (leave it unsealed) and box straight away.

Notes from the founder’s articles
- Dilute it a little before boiling. Boiled alone, saliva can concentrate and leave a white deposit on the glass; “a preparation subsequently made in the presence of such a sediment still works”. Detoxication
- Where to hold it: just under the funnel, which stays cool; use folded tissue if heating takes longer.
- Cough first (lips half closed) when he suspects a respiratory obstacle.
When it is used
The founder lists bacterial infections, signs he attributes to yeast overgrowth (discharge, flatulence, dandruff, a white tongue in the morning, sugar cravings), fatigue syndrome, and cancer “and pre-cancerous conditions” alongside medical treatment. See Choosing a preparation.
Volumes and frequency for boiled preparations
| Situation | Volume | Frequency | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Serious or threatening condition | 1 to 2 l | Daily, even twice a day | Detoxication II |
| Typical chronic case | 4.5 to 6 l | Weekly, more often with marked symptoms | Detoxication II |
| From 6 l | 6 l and above | Can be single doses, wait and observe | Detoxication II |
| High fever in children | 6 l | Repeated every few hours, or once | Detoxication II |
| Upper limit, 2012 guidance | About 25 l (1 M) | Further increase “has not proved to be effective” | Methods and strategies |
| Upper limit, 2017 revision | About 60 l reported | “We cannot exclude higher” | High potencies |
The 2010 cleansing schedule
For suspected “parasitic” obstacles the founder first published this sequence. It is historical; he later simplified it to weekly doses at a volume chosen by vitality, repeated about three times before switching to unboiled breath or saliva.
| Step | Volume | Frequency |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | 0.5 l | Daily, 4 times in a row |
| 2 | 2 l | Every second day, 3 times |
| 3 | 3 l (lower vitality) or 6 l (stronger vitality) | Weekly |
| After about a month | Switch to unboiled saliva or breath |
How long to stay on boiled preparations
- “The application of material sterilized by heat for a period longer than one year usually did not bring further positive shift towards health.” Methods and strategies
- But: some people relapsed when boiling stopped, even after a year, and recovered only by returning to it; many “cured problems lasting many years only with the help of heated information”. Step by step
- A drop in results after months of boiled preparations is, for him, “a signal to change to the application of the preparation from non-heated breath”. Detoxication II
