Preparing it

Preparation from breath

Introduced in February 2009 and, unboiled, the founder’s main method for later phases of a course and for very high potencies.

Before you start

  • For at least one hour beforehand: no food, no drink, no mobile phone.
  • Nobody else in the room. If making it for someone else, wear a scarf or mask throughout.
  • Water: at least 1 litre of still spring water or pure distilled water.

Steps

  1. Unwrap the bottle and hold it so both tubes point diagonally upwards at about 45° from the ground, in a V.
  2. Pour a small amount of the dilution water into the funnel so it fills the round vortex chamber, with the level reaching about 1.5 cm (0.6 in) into both tubes. Do not touch the inside of the funnel.
  3. Take a deep breath. Put the end of the short tube to one nostril, slanting it slightly so no air escapes. Close the other nostril and blow out slowly and at length, so the water in the bottle bubbles.
  4. Repeat with the other nostril.
  5. Immediately set the bottle on the edge of the basin (or hold it there) with the outlet tube towards the drain. The small amount of water left in the chamber “is carrying the information”.
  6. Without delay, pour the full volume of water into the funnel from about 5 cm (2 in). Keep water standing in the funnel most of the time, except while changing water bottles. Overflowing does no harm.
  7. Straight after, lift the bottle and pour a few drops from the chamber, through the lower tube, onto the middle of the forehead; spread them above the eyebrows and the bridge of the nose with a light touch of the tube. Let the skin dry.
  8. Return the bottle to its plastic sleeve and box at once.

Variants

Breath through the mouth (the 2009 original)

The first published breath method blew through the mouth: fill the bulb, put the short outlet tube to the lips in the V position, and breathe out lightly and at length so it bubbles, without making water overflow. “One exhalation would be enough.” The founder later settled on the nose: “The most suitable is bubbling through the water in the AB with gradual breathing out from both nostrils.” Mouth breathing remains the exception “for example with children”. The chilled empty bottle (for animals and infants)

Discovered by a client who wanted to make breath preparations for her dog. In the founder’s description:

  1. Put the bottle in its plastic sleeve, sealed, in a cold place such as a refrigerator for one hour.
  2. Breathe through the empty bottle from one nostril: place the short tube at the nostril right after breathing in and before breathing out. You can briefly cover the mouth with the palm so the breath goes out through the nose and through the bottle. The inside of the bottle mists over.
  3. Pour the full volume of water through as usual and apply.

Notes from the founder’s articles

  • Why breath: “our breath is in harmony with the vibrations of our dynamis, the vital force, even more than our saliva.” He reports effects lasting about twice as long as with saliva in early cases. Breath heals
  • No upper limit: “Non-boiled saliva or non-boiled breath are effective with gradual increase of potency and without a potency limit. Even 250 l is not a limit.” High potencies
  • The usual endpoint: “Non-boiled breath now shows to be in higher dilutions the fundamental method with the highest chance for success.” In his cases the switch from boiled breath to unboiled breath is typically made at 30 l or more.
  • Breath and saliva together, unboiled: one dilution can carry both, spitting in then bubbling breath through. High potencies
