What this is

Autopathy is a self-care method devised in Prague in 2002 by the homeopath Jiří Čehovský. A person’s own breath, saliva or “prana” is diluted by pouring clean water through a glass flask, and a few drops of the result go on the forehead. This reference collects everything the method’s own literature says about doing it, in one place, with a link to the source of every rule.
