Preparing it

Preparation from saliva

The original autopathic preparation, used from 2002. The steps below follow the manufacturer’s leaflet; notes from the founder’s articles follow them.

Before you start

  • Clean your teeth with a brush and no toothpaste.
  • Then, for about half an hour, nothing in the mouth: no food, drink or smoking. The leaflet adds: do not smoke since your last meal.
  • No cosmetics on the face or lips.
  • Do not use a mobile phone beforehand.
  • Nobody else in the room.
  • Water: at least 1 litre of still spring water, low in minerals, no additives (see Equipment). The volume is the potency; see Potency.

Steps

  1. Unwrap the bottle only now. Stand it at the edge of the basin, or on the bottom of the sink, with the lower outlet tube turned towards the plughole. Do not touch the inside of the funnel.
  2. Spit once to clear your mouth. Then gather saliva and spit into the funnel.
  3. Wash the saliva down into the bottom of the bottle with a little water.
  4. Straight away, pour the full volume of water into the funnel from a height of about 5 cm (2 in), without the water bottle touching the funnel. Ideally the water should stand in the funnel the whole time; overflowing does no harm.
  5. Straight after the last water has gone in, lift the bottle and pour a few drops from the vortex chamber, through the outlet tube, onto the middle of your forehead.
  6. Spread them with a light touch of the outlet tube above the eyebrows and the bridge of the nose (the “sixth chakra”). Let the skin dry.
  7. Put the bottle back into its plastic sleeve and box.

Making it for someone else

  • Wear a scarf or surgical mask over mouth and nose throughout, so no droplets of your own saliva reach the bottle.
  • If the person cannot spit, take one drop of their saliva with a clean, unused glass dropper. The boiled-saliva leaflet adds: apply it to the inner wall of the funnel.

Notes from the founder’s articles

  • Saliva first thing in the morning carries the most information about microorganisms, in the founder’s view, and is what he specifies for boiled and alcohol methods. For a plain saliva preparation the leaflet asks only for half an hour with nothing in the mouth. Detoxication
  • Coughing before spitting (with half-closed lips) is recommended where he suspects a respiratory “obstacle” such as chlamydia. Detoxication
  • Breath has largely replaced saliva in his own practice since 2009: “the preparation from breath of the treated person forms the basis of my current practice.” Saliva without boiling remains in use, and very high volumes of unboiled saliva (up to 200 l) appear in his long-running cases. Methods and strategies; High potencies
  • What you think does not matter. Asked whether one must meditate or clear negative thoughts while preparing: “What you think while doing it does not matter at all.” 2026

When saliva is used

Without heat: straight after accidents, at the start for nursing infants, and in later phases at 12 l and above. Otherwise the founder now usually starts with a boiled form. See Choosing a preparation.
