Preparing it

Boiled saliva and breath (BSB)

Saliva and breath go into the same chamber, which is then boiled. Described since 2013; since 2022 used at much higher volumes than the other boiled methods.

Before you start

Follow the boiled saliva preparation: an adult prepares it; saliva first thing in the morning, or a mouth cleaned without toothpaste at least an hour before; nothing in the mouth; no mobile phone; nobody else present; a mask if preparing for someone else. Have a gas torch and folded napkin ready.

Steps

  1. Hold the bottle in the V position, tubes up at about 45°.
  2. Spit a little saliva into the funnel.
  3. Carefully pour in just enough water to fill the vortex chamber, about 1.5 cm into each tube, rinsing the saliva down.
  4. Put the short tube to one nostril and bubble your breath through slowly; repeat with the other nostril.
  5. Boil the chamber with the flame, keep it boiling 30 seconds, holding the bottle in a napkin with the tubes pointed away from everyone.
  6. Wait about half a minute, set the bottle at the basin with the outlet towards the drain, and pour the full volume through, keeping water in the funnel.
  7. Apply a few drops to the centre of the forehead; let them dry. Return the bottle to its sleeve and box.

When it is used

  • In the 2013 and 2016 summaries: eczema and insomnia.
  • In 2022 the founder wrote that he recommended it “quite often”, “especially where problems of the body and/or mind persist after an infection, or when we suspect an overgrowth of candida or any other mycosis. Or when, for unknown reasons, the overall state of health does not improve any more with (previously effective) methods.” Boiled saliva and breath, 2022
  • Consultants report it for acute illness in children: in one 2021 conference paper two children with laboratory-confirmed campylobacter gastroenteritis were given 3 l BSB, then a run of 1.5 to 4.5 l over the following days, alongside a doctor’s care. Acute infection in children

Volumes

Until 2022 BSB had been used “mainly [in] low potencies, say up to 15 l”. The 2022 article reports single doses of 30 l and 60 l and a gradual rise from 26 to 34 l, in people who had used autopathy for years. A volume of “several thousand litres” from a well is mentioned as an anecdote the founder could not follow up.

Reported useVolumeContext
Usual range before 2022Up to about 15 lMost published cases
Single dose30 lMan aged 20, ten years on autopathy, returning rhinitis and fatigue
Gradual rise26 l to 34 lWoman aged 68, winter cough and low mood
Single dose60 l (30 minutes under a filter)Woman near fifty, anxiety after a viral illness
Children, acute1.5 to 4.5 lAcute gastroenteritis, daily doses

The founder’s comparison of the two high-potency forms, reported by one client: after unboiled breath she “enjoyed esotericism and thinking about spirituality more”, while after BSB she “opened up more to the world” and made practical decisions.
