Preparing it

Choosing a preparation

There are a dozen ways to make the preparation. This page sets out which one the founder recommends for which situation, and the usual order a course moves through.

The short version

  1. Most chronic complaints: begin with a boiled preparation. “At the beginning of the therapy, we almost always use heat.” Boiled breath is the founder’s most used method.
  2. If you cannot decide between boiled saliva and boiled breath, alternate them.
  3. Mind first (depression, anxiety, fear, insomnia as the main complaint): prana is “without a doubt a method number 1” for psychological problems.
  4. Fresh injury, or a nursing infant: start with unboiled breath or saliva.
  5. Later in a course, once things have “cleaned”, move to unboiled breath at higher volumes, usually from about 30 l.

The founder’s matching table

This is the founder’s 2016 summary, close to word for word in its categories. It is his clinical opinion, not a tested indication list.

PreparationSituations he lists
Boiled salivaBacterial infections, sepsis; signs he attributes to yeast (vaginal discharge, flatulence, dandruff, white tongue in the morning); fatigue syndrome; strong craving for sweets; cancer and precancerous conditions
Boiled breathAutoimmune disorders (liver, thyroid, multiple sclerosis, cystic fibrosis); rheumatism and joint disease; back pain; cardiovascular disease; chronic inflammation of all kinds; cancer
Boiled saliva and boiled breath, alternatedEczema, ulcerative colitis, type 2 diabetes, acute problems; “probably the best approach at the beginning” when undecided
Boiled saliva and breath togetherEczema, insomnia; from 2022, lingering problems after an infection, suspected yeast, a stalled case
Breath or saliva, unboiledStraight after an accident; nursing infants; later phases at 12 l and above
PranaCases centred in the psyche; cases that saliva and breath have not resolved; can alternate with boiled preparations in a separate bottle
Prana VIExperimental (2018); reported mostly for calm, emotional reactivity and sleep

How a course usually moves

The founder describes a typical arc in three phases. Not every case goes through all three; many, he says, resolved “only with the help of the heated information”.

  1. Clearing, with heat. Boiled saliva, boiled breath or both, usually repeated (daily to weekly), from 1 to 6 l and rising. He calls this the detoxication phase. Boiled preparations are usually kept to about 25 l or below; above that “we generally no longer heat up”.
  2. Pure information, without heat. Breath (or saliva) unboiled, at a higher volume than the last boiled dose. He advises against switching too early: “Usually it is effective to change from boiling to non-boiled dilutions not before the potency of 30 l, otherwise there is a danger of a relapse.”
  3. Wait and observe. Single doses, repeated only when something returns, at the volume that last worked or higher. “This phase of health and independence from treatment can last years.”

When to change the form

Change the form of preparation only after changing the volume has failed:

  1. A weak response in the first weeks: raise the volume first (by about 1.5 l at a time below 9 l).
  2. Still no change in the whole person, body and mind: change the form, for example boiled saliva to boiled breath, or boiled breath to prana.
  3. Still nothing: look for a fault in the procedure or an obstacle in the person’s life or surroundings (Obstacles).

Step by step, 2016

The founder rates changing the form too soon as less harmful than raising the volume too soon, “because any chosen preparation technique, at the correct dilution, brings at least some positive effects”. Observation period, 2026

Combining forms

  • Boiled saliva with boiled breath: alternated by day, by week, or morning and evening. One bottle can serve both.
  • Prana with a bodily preparation: alternated (for example prana in the evening, boiled preparations in the morning), always in two separate bottles.
  • Above 30 l: “I do not recommend any combinations with other techniques of preparations.” Single doses, repeated as the person feels the need.
