Preparing it
Other and historical methods
Methods that appear in the literature but are no longer standard, or were used only in particular cases. Included so that older instructions and case reports can be read correctly.
Saliva sterilised with alcohol (2010)
The first sterilised method, before boiling replaced it. In the founder’s 2010 description: morning saliva in the bottle, covered with pure vodka (40% or 60%, no sugar or additives), left two minutes, then diluted with water and applied as usual. He chose vodka from large manufacturers because automated bottling avoids “transmission of droplets containing the workers’ information”.
He moved to boiling because alcohol “brings into the preparation extraneous information of a heterogeneous substance”, reducing the resonance; and “when the substance is sterilised through boiling… the results appear to be more dependable”. One consultant using electroacupuncture readings reported the opposite order of speed: microorganisms “vanished slower” after alcohol than after heating.

Stool (time-limited)
The founder describes alternating prana with a dilution of the person’s own stool, first preserved in 90% alcohol and later boiled without alcohol, in cases where he suspected bowel dysbiosis was blocking progress: “it is always a case of time-limited application, before we transfer again to information from breath, saliva or prana.” A 2014 case of ulcerative colitis used stool with prana. Urine, pus, mucus
- Urine was used in the very first cases (about 100 C in a 2002 eczema case) and dropped: “substantially less effective than saliva.”
- Pus from a wound that had not closed for a month after surgery for an open forearm fracture: a few drops collected with a dropper, boiled in the bottle and diluted with 3 l. Unusually, the writer “applied the autopathic preparation orally”. The writer reports the wound had closed by the next day’s pre-surgery examination. Pus, 2016
- Boiled mucus was tried experimentally by a man with ulcerative colitis.
- A consultant made a preparation from a dog’s urine for an animal that could not provide breath or saliva. Canine cancer, 2021
The bottle cap (Korsakov) method
In the method’s first years (and in a 2006 magazine series) the founder offered a “small test” anyone could do without a bottle: spit into the plastic cap of a water bottle, fill it to overflowing, pour out, and repeat 15 times, then hold the last capful in the mouth before swallowing, and compare a written list of complaints after a month. He stressed it was “only an experiment”. Harmony from own saliva I
He later rejected improvised vessels for anything beyond first aid. Korsakov dilutions “were usually effective in the first treatment, however, not in longer treatment”; a man whose arrhythmia returned while using a bottle cap recovered within a week of going back to the bottle. “After my six years of experience I have not seen even one case of successful healing of long-term chronic diseases with potencies made in a haphazard way.” Correct preparation, 2009
Preparation from a specific chakra
Taught by the founder in his Autopathy III course in spring 2015, according to a consultant’s 2023 conference paper; there is no published leaflet. Information is gathered over the chakra linked to the affected area, potentised, and returned to the same place or to the sixth chakra.
As one consultant describes it for the third chakra (solar plexus):
- Pour a little water into the vortex chamber.
- Hold the chamber with its water for 2 minutes over the solar plexus, just above the navel.
- Pour the volume of water through (6 l in that case).
- Return the information to the place it was taken from, or apply it at the sixth chakra.
The consultants who use it reach for it when a case has improved overall but “is still blocked somewhere”, for example a complaint tied to one region of the body. In the 2024 report it was added to ongoing alternating boiled and unboiled breath for a man with heartburn and stomach cramps after his gallbladder had been removed.

Plants and gardens
Three reports describe treating plants with a preparation made from the diseased plant itself:
- Ficus (2006): a fallen leaf and an affected leaf squashed in a bottle cap and diluted ten times by the Korsakov method, the last capful mixed back into water used to water all the plants. House plants
- Gooseberry mildew (2015): an affected fruit and leaf boiled in a sterilised pill bottle over a tea light, counted to ten, and mixed into a 3 to 5 litre watering can of water left standing overnight to lose its chlorine. Gooseberry mildew
- Aquarium plants in a greenhouse (2013): affected leaves soaked 45 minutes, the water boiled in a water bath, then diluted by repeatedly emptying and refilling a plastic bottle at a spring, and sprayed on about 17,000 plants. Plants
The founder also recounts homeopathy students using potentised pests against pests, which he offers as support for the idea that information about a dead organism “constitutes a warning to other organisms of the same kind”. Detoxication
