Dosing

Mistakes and obstacles

The faults in preparation the literature names most often, and the outside influences it says can stall or undo a dose.

Faults in preparation

FaultWhy it mattersFix
Someone else’s saliva or breath got inMixed information “would no longer be effective”New bottle; mask when preparing for others; nobody else present
Kissed just before preparingA reported case: daily headaches after a husband and son kissed the woman before she preparedNew bottle; nothing touching the mouth beforehand
Bottle reused for another personCross-contamination through the “memory of glass”One bottle per person, always
Bottle older than three monthsThe glass memory “reduces the effect”Replace it
Same bottle after a big drop in volumeThe glass “would retain the higher potency”New bottle when stepping down far
Prana made in a bottle that once held breath or salivaBodily information in the prana bottleA separate bottle for prana
Chlorinated tap water, mineral or sparkling water, ionized waterWater “takes on” additives or fieldsStill spring water, distilled water or a solid carbon filter
Toothpaste, food, drink, smoking or cosmetics too soon beforeForeign information in the sampleFollow the waiting times on each protocol page
Using a phone beforehandEvery leaflet now asks for no mobile phone (1 to 2 hours)Put it away first
Improvised vessel (bottle cap, cup)Unknown potency; “no lasting results” in the founder’s experienceThe autopathy bottle
Funnel allowed to run dry for long periodsThe leaflets ask for a standing level “most of the time”Pour steadily; switch water bottles quickly
Touching the inside of the funnelContaminationHandle by the outside only

Faults in dosing

  • Raising the volume too fast. The founder’s most common finding in failed self-treatment (2026): people “do not determine in advance… the minimum period needed to observe the effects” and increase “after just the first few days”. See Dosing.
  • Changing several things at once, so that nothing can be judged.
  • Dropping to a low volume for a “small” problem after a high one has worked. “We never lower it.”
  • Staying too long on boiled preparations after they stop helping (or, in some people, stopping them too early). See Boiled saliva.
  • Combining methods above 30 l.
  • Forgetting to repeat. A 2023 case report is titled “Forgetting autopathy: a case of unnecessary suffering”. Forgetting autopathy

Influences that stall or cancel a dose

The founder calls these “antidotes” or obstacles:

  • Events: dental work, injury, surgery, childbirth, vaccination, critical life situations, a shock. Response: repeat the last working dose promptly.
  • Medication: “ill-considered application of antibiotics, corticoids”. Regular medication is a reason for more frequent dosing, not for stopping the medication.
  • Other therapies at the same time: he reports a student whose progress broke down while also using “other alternative therapies, which most likely interfered”. He combines autopathy with classical homeopathy himself, at times.
  • “Parasites” and microorganisms: his rationale for the boiled methods. See Principles.
  • Acidity: in his 2010 and 2011 cases he sometimes added sodium bicarbonate in water to raise saliva pH. This is not part of the method; see Safety.
  • Lifestyle and surroundings, in general terms, when nothing else explains a stall.

What does not matter, according to the founder

  • Your thoughts and beliefs while preparing. “What you think while doing it does not matter at all.” 2026
  • Precise measurement in prana. “There is no need to measure anything, all is approximate.”
  • Overfilling the funnel. “Overfilling the funnel is not a problem.”
  • A white deposit left by boiled saliva. “Still works.”
  • Feeling nothing. A woman who felt nothing after a breath preparation still had her flu pass “within two days”, in the founder’s account.
