Preparing it

Preparation from boiled breath

Breath is bubbled through the water in the chamber, which is then boiled for 30 seconds. The founder calls it the method he uses most, “because of its reliability”.

Before you start

  • Must be made by an adult.
  • At least one hour beforehand: nothing to eat or drink, nothing in the mouth, no mobile phone.
  • Nobody else in the room. If preparing for someone else, cover your mouth and nose with a folded scarf or mask from the start.
  • You need: the bottle; at least 1 litre of still spring water, low in minerals, no additives; a handheld gas torch (or burner, gas stove, camping stove); a folded napkin.

Steps

  1. Unwrap the bottle and hold it so both tubes rise from the round chamber at about 45°, in a V.
  2. Pour a small amount of water into the funnel so it completely floods the chamber, with the level reaching about 1.5 cm into both tubes. Do not touch the inside of the funnel.
  3. Take a deep breath. Place the end of the shorter tube against one nostril, close the other, and breathe out slowly, gently and continuously through the nose so the air bubbles through the water. Repeat with the other nostril.
  4. Immediately heat the chamber, touching the flame to the rounded part with the water, until it begins to boil. Keep it boiling for 30 seconds. Hold the bottle in a folded napkin. Never point the tubes at yourself or anyone else.
  5. Place the bottle on the edge of the sink (or hold it there) with the outlet tube towards the drain. After about half a minute, gradually pour the full volume of water into the funnel from about 5 cm. Keep water standing in the funnel most of the time.
  6. Immediately, pour a few drops from the bulb through the lower tube onto the centre of the forehead and spread them gently down to the bridge of the nose and above the eyebrows. Let the skin dry.
  7. Return the bottle to its unsealed sleeve and box straight away.

When it is used

From the founder’s 2016 summary: autoimmune disorders (he names liver, thyroid, multiple sclerosis, cystic fibrosis), rheumatism and joint disease, back pain, heart and vessel disease, chronic inflammation of all kinds, and cancer alongside medical treatment. In his 2010 to 2011 articles he also reports quick effects on mood: “feelings of energy and distinct psychic relief appeared soon after application”. Step by step; Detoxication II

He also names boiled breath, followed later by unboiled breath, as “the basic method for dealing with infertility”. High potencies

Alternating with unboiled breath

A schedule used repeatedly in recent cases alternates boiled breath (BB) and unboiled breath (B) at the same volume, every other day. In the founder’s 2026 example, a 60-year-old woman used 3 l, BB and B alternately, every second day for two weeks, then 4.5 l the same way; changes appeared only in the fourth week. Observation period, 2026; Boiled and unboiled alternated, 2026

Example sequences from the literature

These are what the founder reports doing in particular cases, not general prescriptions.

An exceptional report: a woman “soon seventy” used 100 l of boiled breath, monthly to four-monthly, for several months; “lower potencies do not agree with her”.
