Preparations from prana

No breath or saliva at all: the bottle, with a little water in its chamber, is held 15 to 25 cm above the head before dilution. Introduced in December 2012; Prana 5 has been the standard form since spring 2013.

The idea in brief

Prana preparations take information “from the seventh chakra”, which the method places above the crown of the head, instead of from the body. The founder’s reasoning: information from saliva or breath “has already been influenced by contaminated body”, while information from above the head carries “lesser contamination or none at all”. He recommends it first when the main problem is psychological, and when bodily preparations have not resolved a case. Preparation from prana

Rules specific to prana

  • A mask, always. “Regardless of whether you make the preparation for yourself or for someone else, always put on a scarf or surgical mask over your nose and mouth before you unwrap the Autopathic Bottle.” This keeps bodily information out.
  • Its own bottle. A bottle used for prana must never have had saliva or breath in it.
  • Two hours beforehand: no mobile phone, no cosmetic creams on the face.
  • Nobody else present.

Prana 1: the basic method

  1. Put on the mask. Unwrap the bottle and fill the round chamber to about one third with water. Do not touch the inside of the funnel.
  2. Hold the bottle just under the funnel, arm slightly bent, so the round chamber is 15 to 25 cm above the top of your head, roughly in line with the spine. Tilt it slightly so no water leaks. “There is no need to measure anything, all is approximate.”
  3. At first rotate the bottle slightly and move it up and down, then hold it still in the middle for about two minutes.
  4. Set the bottle on the side of the basin or hold it, and pour the volume of water through from about 5 cm. Ideally keep a level in the funnel; overflowing does no harm.
  5. Moisten the middle of the forehead above the root of the nose with a few drops from the chamber, spread with a light movement of the outlet tube, and let it dry.
  6. Put the bottle back in its sleeve (unsealed) and box. Only then take off the mask.

Prana 5: the standard form since 2013

Gather exactly as in Prana 1 (steps 1 to 4). Then, instead of putting drops on the forehead, apply the remaining water without contact along the chakras, down and back up.

  1. The crown (seventh chakra), first time only. Tilt the bottle back so the water cannot run out and bring it back above the head for about one minute, moving it gently up and down.
  2. The brow (sixth). Point the end of the outlet tube at the area between the eyebrows, 1 to 2 cm from the skin, without touching (touching is “not a mistake”). Hold about 30 seconds, moving it slightly.
  3. Down the body, about 30 seconds each at the same distance: the throat (Adam’s apple), the heart (middle of the chest), the solar plexus (2 cm above the navel), the sacral chakra (opposite the sexual organs).
  4. The root (first). Hold the tilted bottle between the legs, near the crotch, in the axis of the body, pointing downwards.
  5. Back up each chakra in turn, ending at the sixth (brow). This ends the application.
  6. Return the bottle to its unsealed sleeve and box, then remove the mask.

When to include the crown (step 1): on the first application, whenever the volume changes, and occasionally when the effect seems to weaken. When repeating the same volume, usually start at the sixth. Prana 5 article, 2014

Prana 2 and Prana 3

These earlier forms are steps in the development of Prana 5 and are still mentioned in case reports.

More about prana, 2013; Prana 5 article, 2014. The founder’s reason for adding the upward pass: with downward-only application energy could gather “in the upper part of the system, which could cause particular tensions”; the return “returns consciousness and energy gradually back to the upper chakras”.

The simple self-guided procedure

The founder’s shortest instructions for using Prana 5 on your own, “even without the help of a consultant”, steered only by how you feel. Prana, how easy it can be, 2014

  1. Start with 1.5 l (one bottle of spring water) through the bottle, applied as Prana 5.
  2. Watch for three days for a positive change in feelings: some psychological relief, less tension or stress, more energy, more calm, better mood, better sleep, coping better under stress.
  3. If nothing changes, on the fourth day make it again with 1.5 l more (3 l), and so on. Do not skip a level, “to prevent skipping the level which is ours”. At the start the right level is usually somewhere between 1.5 and 12 l.
  4. When you find the level that brings a clear change, stay on it, repeating it once a week (more often if the change lasts less than a week).
  5. When the good response to the repeated volume fades, increase by 1.5 l again.
  6. Above 6 l, if it works well, you can instead wait until the positive change starts to fade, then repeat.

He adds that effects first felt “connected with the upper chakras”, such as calm and stress resistance, tend to “move in chakras in the downward direction” and later touch physical problems. If no change comes, or things get complicated, he refers readers to the Autopathy Handbook.

Volumes for prana

  • Start by vitality: 1 l low, 3 l middle, 6 l strong. Very weak vitality (severe depression, psychosis, diseased vital organs): up to 3 l, frequently repeated, even daily.
  • Increase gradually, typically by 1.5 l, and only when a repeated volume loses its effect. Fast daily increases “proved not to be effective in some cases”.
  • Range: “Prana (1 to 5) requires low, 1.5 l till middle potencies, until now they have proved effective till approx. 60 l.”
  • If a step up makes things worse or more complicated, go back to the previous volume: “So we recognise the best, which dilution level is mine.”
  • Too much, reported: a man who left the bottle under the filter 3 minutes (6 l) instead of 1.5 minutes felt “as if he had taken several Rohypnols at once”; it passed the same day.
  • Frequency: from 6 l a single dose and wait is possible; prana at 10 to 20 l “according to the feelings”, from every few days to once a year, has also worked in the founder’s cases.

Combining prana with bodily preparations

Allowed, in two bottles. In the founder’s examples: boiled saliva and breath in the morning with prana in the evening; or prana and boiled saliva alternating weekly. Above 30 l he advises against combining. In 2014 he noted that some clients who had used Prana 1 successfully for over a year “did not have any reason for changing it”.
